Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 2+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands modern UI/UX principles, and can create visually appealing, responsive website designs that align with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design responsive websites, landing pages, and web applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Design banners, icons, illustrations, and other digital assets when required.
Ensure designs are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Conduct design reviews and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Required Skills
2+ years of experience in web or UI design.
Strong portfolio showcasing website and web application designs.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Good understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
Experience designing responsive interfaces.
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and web development constraints is an advantage.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Familiarity with prototyping and interaction design.
Knowledge of WordPress or modern frontend frameworks is an added advantage.
